These little chicken wings are also a good idea for the kids lunches. Serve with celery and ranch dressing.
1 Garlic Clove, chopped or a teaspoon
5 tablespoons of UNSALTED Butter
1/4 cup "Louisiana Hot Sauce"
Dozen Chicken Wings
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place wings on a cooling rack on top of a half sheet pan (industrial cookie sheet with sides).
- Cook wings for 30 minutes. Turn wings over. Continue cooking 30 more minutes.
- Meanwhile melt butter. Add garlic and hot sauce in a bowl large enough to hold all the chicken (I like to use my stainless bowls).
- Remove hot wings from oven and transfer to bowl.
- Toss to coat.
